Well, they finally did it and gave the feds a honest to goodness kdf bop
Knew it was a matter of time - Just wonder how long until they get an ebc varient...
Personally, I'm just curious to see the stats. I also already have a vanity shield in mind that can mitigate the, quite frankly, not exactly my first choice of colors.
The Khitomer is ugly in form, this one is not ideal in colors. The latter is changeable, the former... not so much.
Assuming it's got a warp core and not a singularity, I also have the perfect character in mind for it!

Ci sono tre tipi di giocatori:
- quelli a cui non va mai bene niente... e vanno sul forum a trollare;
- quelli che sono talmente imbesuiti da credere a qualunque cosa i dev dicano, perfino che la luna è fatta di formaggio... e vanno sul forum a trollare;
- quelli che credono a quello a cui è giusto credere, sono d'accordo con quello con cui è giusto essere d'accordo e sono critici con quello che non va;
The Tenar does seem more dark, to be honest.
It can be a trick of the light, so I guess we'll see in space once we can get our hands on it - I still maintain that the color schem is less than ideal, though it did work on my Khitomer for my ME themed character.
Also, and forgive me for saying so but I work with colors every day, ecru and ivory are not the same thing.

I first thought it have Singularity, yet always wanted 1-2 Romulan ships with a Warp Core. As I've always wanted a Vulcan, and a Romulan joint design -- especially since the time Spock & D'Tan tried building stronger alliances between their people.
At least we'll likely see a few other new Romulan ships; and a few more Federation Ships, as the Picard series progresses closer to our Space-Time, the conceptual model is called a continuum.
For now we'll have to wait for the Klingon/Romulan's to unveil what they finally decided upon.

You have a real problem with insulting people over things that don't matter, guy. You're not going to change my mind on this. Have a pleasant day .
I can't be the only person who saw that they named it after Temer and started crying in a grocery store, right? I mean, talk about a nice story call-back.
I don't care to fly escorts, but I will at least give it a shot, for his memory if nothing else. I loved the Khitomer Battlecruiser after originally thinking it would come out ugly, so I'm looking forward to this one, too.
Call me "El," she/her only. I love my wife and I don't care who knows it!
I'm liking the looks of it from the limited screen pics of it I've seen so far.
I do worry about the stats though since Cryptic likes to nerf such things when a ship has abilities like Raider Flanking, I doubt it will receive Improved Raider Flanking, & I'd be impressed if it came with a Pilot ability.
The color scheme doesn't bother me, especially with all the vanity shields & added aesthetics from equipment sets available.
I do see what some others are stating abut lacking an obvious Romulan influence, if it had had a negative-space opening somewhere on the ship perhaps that would've made a difference.
I'll definitely attempt to earn it, but I'll have to wait & see more details about whether or not it will replace any current ship piloted or perhaps for a new Klingon.
Yucky on the 5/1 weapon layout even with an Experimental weapon. I missed the 10FW stream does it at least have Improved Raider Flanking to justify the loss of a weapon slot or is it just normal Raider Flanking? Nice that it uses a Warp Core & has Battle Cloak though, an Enhanced would've been better.
Raiders having 6 weapons have been a thing forever now...and if it is gonna have 6 weapons, a 5/1 is about as good as it gets.
Yeah, I don't see what's the problem about it, tbh. It's not like it's something new.
Also, 5/1 on a free ship considering the other raiders with this configuration are all either lobi or lockbox/r&d (with the exception of the Miradorn, if you will, but that one is not exactly affordable for most, either) it's very nice.

That's true, i'm not too keen on raiders, but this one, i like... i'll put the KDF kelvin vanity on it... it will look great!

Knew it was a matter of time - Just wonder how long until they get an ebc varient...
The Alliance Temer Raider is a unique starship – fitting command and control capabilities into a compact, lightweight shell. In order to ensure it survives to coordinate the battle, it features high maneuverability, an Enhanced Battle Cloaking Device, and a weapons layout with an emphasis on longer-ranged attacks. In trials, it’s been shown to exceed at performing a support role from the shadows, appearing for a matter of seconds to strike before vanishing again.
This starship features a Lieutenant Commander Universal/Command Specialization seat.
-Blinks, rereads, blinks again and flips a metaphorical table-
-Notices it has a COMMAND slot on an ebc ship (as the Kor should have had) and makes the table to a triple flip-
Maybe its time for my KDFs to start drinking the fed kool-aid...

No problem!, thou i'm pretty sure someone else will do it first..
How do you like the trait and the console? Seems like a good add to me. I kinda lack good AP consoles for my AP build and the torp trait is worth a try.
Well the stats on this ship clearly put the Kor to shame. I have to wonder what the legendary Kor is going to be, if it will be. I imagine the trait will be underwhelming but there aren't a lot of torpedo traits, so it may still be useful for torpedo builds.
I was anticipating this Temer-class to be lukewarm with mild okay stats but overall I'm a bit impressed with it. I still think there's isn't enough Romulan-style appearance influence, but the ship still looks good to me. Cryptic impressed me with including BOTH Improved Raider Flanking & Enhanced Battlecloak even though both are situational. While the BOFF seating isn't revolutionary it is still well-suited & I like the options it provides. I'm looking forward to earning the ship. No way I'd recommend buying-out though if for dilithium since Cryptic doesn't seem eager to fix the completed event dilithium payouts.

Yeah, recently switched from the fleet B'rel to the Rom legendary for my stealth bomber. The Temer won't be quite as good but I'll have less issues using it. Felt wrong having my Klingon fly a TOS Romulan bird.
With Starfleet characters will be able to have KDF ships with this update, it renders the new Alliance 'BoP raider' ship pointless.
No it doesn't, this is literally the best BoP Cryptic have released; compared to the Fleet Kor, the Temer has more hull, more shields, better weapons layout, 1 more device slot, better spec seat for cloaking torpedo bombers, an extra boff slot (ok, boffs are a bit more debatable as the Cmdr slot is fixed, but you were probably going to put a Tac there anyway) extra Tac console, better flanking and better trait. (for torpedo bombers at least)
The only advantages a Kor has over the Temer is in turn rate, pilot seating if you want that, and the trait is more generically useful. Ship to ship the Kor is obsolete.

It's the best non-Romulan stealth-torp ship and the number 1 slot is an expensive legendary.
I have both the fleet B'rel and the Rom legendary and I'll still be finding aplace for this Temer in my lineup
