Game Crashes on Map Move Post Update

I'm experiencing crashes to the desktop every time I attempt to move maps now- this includes queues and attempting to launch patrols from the journal. This started after the latest patch, the only exception seems to be when going from ESD to Sector Space. I recently downloaded and launched the game through the Epic Games Launcher, but I primarily play through Arc- not sure if the use of multiple launchers could have any effect in game though. This issue is present on all characters.

    Have you tried turning off On Demand Patching and turning on Force Verify? Many times but not always this happens when attempting to move from one map to another with On Demand Patching on. I personally just play through the Star Trek Online launcher and usually use the Arc launcher for going into the forums.
