My account used to log into the game cannot post in the forum.

When logged into this website and forum using my username/password used to log into the game there is no option to post a new thread, and no option to reply to any open threads.
The section of the forum that shows my current name, and has the notifications, inbox, bookmarks and settings is missing. The settings option is present but its in a different part of the screen.
I've had that account for 12 years.
I was told to contact Community@crypticstudios.com by arc games support. I did that over a week ago and have had no response.
