Homepage cuts off "post discussion" button

I can scroll down as much as I want the field with "post discussion" is hidden by the "impressum" field and I cant get there.
Reloading site doesnt helpm its an "always" issue. Using Chrome. Win10. Anyone got the same issue and knows a workaround other than not write more than 5 lines? Its pretty much super annoying.

Sometimes people are just looking for a quick answer in the support section because things aren't working as intended.

Pressing the tab key a couple times sure seems to work for me in getting around the page cutoff issue currently being experienced when trying to post to the forum. (Windows 10, Chrome)
