Alienware Elite Services Starter Pack

I dont know if I'm getting it wrong.
Someone posted the link for the code to get this pack for free in my Armada chat, I took a look and at first didn't want to create an Alienware Account, but I did like the look of the pack and bought a couple for 2 characters using my Zen.
Then I decided why not get the free code for a pack on a 3rd character.
I signed upto Alienware and was given a code but it required installation of the Arc client which I never use.
So I looked on Reddit and found a way to put in the code without installing ARC, it didn't work.
Then I installed Arc and the code was accepted, but the free pack is not in game.
All I get on my characters that didn't purchase the pack with Zen is the Otherworldly title.
So I deleted Arc without installing the game since I already have the game.
I'm also going to delete my Alienware Account because I don't want that.
All I want to know is... where's my free bank and inventry slots from the pack...LOL ???????

1 pack per acc. ,don't delete alien acc. from time to time there are giveaways who needs older acc. ...

one Free pack per account, but they can be bought for each character, I bought 2 on 2 different characters, for a 3rd character I wanted the Free one but it didn't work.
