I could not get this item because they changed and increased the amount of hours we had to work to help with this COVID-19 pandemic outbreak. When I check the item in the promotions tab it was grayed out and could not claim it. Now it's not even listed.

I would contact customer service and/or support, give your reasoning, and see if they will give the Healthcare Workers Salute Bundle in appreciation of the hard work you have put in to help with COVID-19 on the frontlines. Thanks.
