It comes with all the BOP variants and consoles, the same way each of the fed legendary ships did.
To clarify: You get the universal consoles, the starship mastery traits and the visual options. You do not get the other ships (so no Admiralty Cards for them, nor their specific bridge officer and console layout and related stats). The Legendary ship itself has new stats (as seen in the screens, it appears be an Commander Intel / Lt.Cmdr Command ship in regards to specialization.)
Right. Again, it works the same way the Fed legendary ships did (meaning you didn't get that stuff you just said either).
If this new trait proc does not trigger a cooldown on THY, then I am getting this bundle hands down. My plasma torp Reman will love it.
If the new trait does trigger a cooldown on THY, then it is worthless, making the bundle worthless.

No trait in the game is worth $60-$120.
If all you want is the trait, you should pass on the bundle rather it fits you or not. That's just way too much to pay for a trait, especially considering the fact that if it really is that good it will get nerfed once sales have slowed.
Be real careful spending that kind of money just for power, it leads to anger later on.
Romulans didn't get the treatment that Klingons ovies for ships. So if there was to be a multi-ship Legendary pack for Romulans it wouldn't have been all that large (one from T

Okay, so watching the Livestream playback, this ship is a "Legendary Light Intel Warbird".
- It has an experimental weapon slot but apparently no unique experimental weapon.
- It has a 5/2 weapon layout
- Four Tactical console slots, Four Science console slots, three Engineering console slots
- Like the Legendary pack ships it gets six Starship traits.
- The account unlockable sixth ship trait is called "Assualt Formation Theta" - Attack Pattern Omega or Decloaking Grants Torpedo High Yield 3, +80 Starship weapon specialisation for ten seconds, and +20 turn rate.
- Specialisation seats would appear to be Commander Intel and Lt-Commander Command. Also has Lt-Cmdr Science, Lt Engineering and Ensign Universal
- It gets all consoles from the T'Varo/T'Liss/Malem and can use their skins
Couldn't see the 'trays' in the livestream, so can't comment on whether it has the Intel Ship 'Gather Inteligence' ability, but I can't beleive that it wouldn't have it - the Legendary Pack ships received the active ability of whatever Spec they were given.
Personally, being a fan of the original Bird of Prey, it would have cool if the experimental weapon was a 360 Plasma Projector, an upgrade to the primary weapon of the TOS Romulan vessel.

So far I don't think this bundle is worth it especially for a trait but excellent point about whether that starship mechanic cools-down the regular high-yield 3 or not! I don't know all the items included yet but it doesn't look promising to me so probably not going to buy.
I watch that 10FW live-stream & at some point that Jeremy insinuates that if enough players buy this they'll consider future Legendary bundles. So we as consumers are in a hostage negotiation with that Jeremy lol.
That is what I was afraid of Cryptic doing after the Fed Legendary bundle. Cryptic will offer more a la carte boutique bundles offering less content for more cost. Not as much quantity for sure as the Fed bundle but since starving for a particular product Cryptic will deliver lesser quality/quantity & charge more for it. Then even if/when it sells well since Cryptic won't show sales they can fall-back on not doing anymore Romulan Legendary bundles or any future KDF Legendary bundle regardless.
It made sense about what that Jeremy or Thomas said about not doing a KDF Legendary, yet???, since this Year of the Klingon isn't complete yet.
I found it laughable again that they were hyping-up the boost to level 65 as a big deal. They've offered boosts to level 60 tokens before anyways so despite their claim there's a lot to do "under the hood" it isn't a big deal & seems more like fluff & it wasn't sounding like from their chatter that the items will be Epic Mk XVs neither.
I did like Kael's wink around the 40 min mark lol hopefully many players that didn't get the opportunity or skipped it will have another chance of some sort.

STO has NEVER offered any kind of boost straight to level 60+ before. What you might be thinking of is XP boosts, which are not the same thing.
What this boost will do is set the romulan character to level 65, no matter what level they are, so in theory, you could set it on any leveled character and just get the items.

An XP Boost would be preferred in my opinion. If I could use that XP on a max character to essentially generate enough Skill Points to max out Intel or one of the other specializations. That would still be very useful to a lot more people that don't want to roll another character.
Personally, being a fan of the original Bird of Prey, it would have cool if the experimental weapon was a 360 Plasma Projector, an upgrade to the primary weapon of the TOS Romulan vessel.
To be honest, the Experimental Dual Warhead Lauchers (from the Miradorn Theta) would have been a great choice as, being a projectile launcher, it used to fire under cloak. Sadly it doesn't anymore.
That reminds me - I haven't tried the Point Defense Matrix on the Malem. I wonder if that can fire whilst the ship is using its enhanced cloak...
It would be very fun for someone to develop a full "undercloak" build for it then work on maximising burst DPS.

Well this trait is surely going to have a cooldown of some kind. This ship is going to have enhanced battle cloak like the Malem, so it could conceivably hit APO while under cloak, fire off the free HYT 3, decloak, fire off another free HYT3, then possibly use normal HYT 3, and concentrate firepower 3 for a bunch of free HYT 1 after that, assuming the target is somehow still alive. It is amusing to think about, but probably incredibly unlikely to be possible.
Even with just a cloak/decloak scenario for free HYT 3, that can be done about every 5s I think, with a full set of SRO BOFFS, so I'm not sure even that will be possible.
It is still an interesting trait if you want to make the ultimate torpedo boat out of this ship, even with an internal CD.
If this new trait proc does not trigger a cooldown on THY, then I am getting this bundle hands down. My plasma torp Reman will love it.

I did not mean that the trait is worth $60, only that I was on the fence before the trait was revealed, so it has the potential to tip the balance for my personal calculus.

That is good to know about the Miradorn weapon. I have been meaning to buy one from the exchange to see if the experimental warhead would fire under enhanced battle cloak, but everytime I have enough money, something else shows up that distracts me. It is good to know I do not have to think about it anymore.

T'would be nice if Cryptic could spare a few moments to even up the release windows for content. Consoles have had the game since 2016 and yet such players still have to wait a month or more for new content in most instances, and that continues to be weird given the fairly common factor of spoilers in this day and age.
I mean how hard can doing this be, like I said not all content has the built in separation factor between pc and consoles?

The biggest issue is usually the certification process. It is simply an extra step they have to make before they can make the update available on consoles. The PC game will always be ahead of consoles by the time needed for that step.
Though I believe sometimes, they also have console-specific issue. I believe with Hell to Honor, they had performance issues on consoles, not sure if this is just a hardware limitation thing, or something specific to whatever they need to do to run a game on console hardware and software.
Star Trek Online Advancement: You start with lowbie gear, you end with Lobi gear.
Doesn't do anything for me the T'Liss I'd say the D'Deridex is far more iconic and worthy of a legendary release than the T'Liss.

"The Legendary Light Intel Warbird [T6] is a powerful, timeless ship, featuring devastatingly powerful plasma projectiles, unparalleled combat cloaking systems, and a variety of tricks to teach to any new captain.."
You guys do know that its most recent appearance had it lose to a smaller slightly-modified freighter (whose captain considered the ship itself wasn't the danger but the planet-wide security defense system was) and a one-person fighter, right? And just from having a wing sliced off by the "sheer power" of two phaser beams?

Wow... the contents of this bundle are very underwhelming. Mk XIV very rare gear? 1m EC? Enhanced tech upgrades? Absolutely nothing unique, not a single item that can't be found elsewhere.... I'm disappointed.
D'deridex is seen in nearly every romulan encounter in TNG, Voyager and DS9 with much higher frequency and more importance placed on them than this... 'T'Liss'.
Can't they cater for the main generation of star trek lovers? Obviously not in this case.
Not even tempted by it, this 'immense bundle' is an immense disappointment for many fans. Yet again, they missed a trick that will not yield very many sales.
Not going to lie - I am disappointed with the ship.
I was hoping for a T'Liss that was comparable to the D7 and Disco Connie - MW Flight Deck Carrier.
I would have liked to have seen a four pack get the "Legendary" treatment - T'Liss, D'Deridex, Mogai, and Scimitar.
For one, it's a Light Warbird, which means its a smaller ship, so it would never be a carrier. If anything, it would probably be more comparable to the Defiant.

I've been trying to decide whether to buy this or not myself, and ultimately I have to agree. The T'liss may have been the original Romulan ship, but it was never impressive (especially not in Picard.) The D'deridex gave Romulans a very imposing, impressive presence and a unique look. It made them a real credible antagonist and a mysterious civilization with their unique, and in some ways more advanced technology than the Federation.
I have a captain that flies the Malem, and its a fun ship, but it doesn't have any of the presence or feel that the D'deridex has.
If this was a D'deridex, it would have been an automatic buy for me, but the T'liss, I'm going to have to pass.
