New story arcs

will the game be making new story arcs? or adding tfo from the films like survive the genesis explostion or fighting khan in the nebula or voyager finding a way home??

    We DID have that roadmap, but... Corona kinda derailed that map.

    Promotional ship packs seem to be on track.

    Between they are a small studio and now possible Corona impacts the defense rating of this ship seems quite high.

    Having digital assets to work with may very well be a blessing for some lines of business.

    We haven't actually had a roadmap for the the game posted since last fall I believe.

    There has been a reliable stream of episodes made year on year, bar a couple of the early years. With exception to this pandemic, there is plenty of life yet in this game, and more episodes will come for many a year yet, and as long as CBS keep producing Star Trek, there will be plenty of sources to work around.

    actualy i cant wait for the picard story arc to be introduced doin someof those missions would be awesome specialy the end battle cloning ur ship 1000x to face a romulan hahaha

    The problem is it takes time to make those missions. And honestly... I don't think anyone wants another Of Bajor.

    Yeah we're probably gonna get new story arcs soon enough, however Cryptic won't announce them until said missions are more or less ready to be released.

    There's a reason why Cryptic doesn't announce their plans and I agree with their explanation why, since plans can and will change and Cryptic doesn't want to be seen to have promised something before they're ready to make good on that promise.

    This right here. Best example is their plans for the story right after ViL. The original plan was to go after Mirror Leeta. But CBS game them the green light on Discovery content, and they jumped on that chance since it was fresh content from an active TV show. They still plan to go after Leeta though. And who knows... maybe because of the Discovery arc, we're gonna see Mirror Tilly as well as Mirror Leeta, which would make a Mirror arc even better IMO.
