Rubber-Banding & Server Not Responding

Hi there,

I've recently come back to the game. With the craziness that is happening in our world today, I thought it'd be a good idea to get back to my roots.

While playing recently, I've had numerous issues with rubber-banding and server not responding. I don't have these issues while playing other games but every game is unique. However, I remember these issues being present a long time ago.

Per the pinned topic made by 'askray', I submit the following for 'step 1' verification/diagnostic troubleshooting.

The internet service that I have is provided by a local area company that specializes in giving rural people access to high speed internet. I have a dedicated backhaul to the point of entry and receive great service for the rural area I am in considering my alternative options. The service that this company buys their dedicated fiber from is Spectrum Enterprise.

I know this issue exists outside of me, as I have read numerous other comments on the forums about similar issues. Hopefully, this is something that can be addressed in the upcoming months and we all can get back to the game that sparks so many old memories.

Thanks Much,
