Username or password wrong?

Was in the Game for hours today. Suddenly I got logged out and since then username or password wrong.
So I logged in to arc website and change password. Everything is fine. 2 factor is on and Pw was changed.
Still issue with STO cannot sign in. So after 3 hours tried again. Changed password seems ok but sto still something is wrong. I’ll get the code via email so it looks again but the sto launcher makes some trouble.
Can someone help from customer service?
