Missing EC

CHARACTER: Baylan@arborg (FED engineer)

While at my fleet starbase, I purchased the energy cap upgrade for 500 ZEN, thereby allowing this character to have 1,000,000,000 EC in his bank. I then withdrew 1,000,000,000 from my fleet bank, but only 15,000,000 appeared in my character's bank. The fleet bank had over 1B EC before my attempted withdrawal, but now it is not in my account or in the fleet bank. ALMOST 1B EC is missing! Please help I was getting ready to make a purchase on the exchange.

    Thank-you, already submitted ticket to support. Hopefully this will get figured out, that's like $200 in keys to save that much ec!

    I am the fleet leader of the fleet this happened to. we lost 1,000,000,000 EC. Not sure how it happened but the fleet member didn't get the EC, he sent me a screen shot. Unbelievable.

    I am very, VERY, happy to say that the Help Desk at Arc Games was able to track down the EC and restore it to my account. Here's the email...
