Hello, I have recently lost access to the email account I've been using. While I am able to log in, I have been unable to change my email address to a new one as I am unable to access the old one to obtain the required PIN. I am unable to even file a support ticket to fix the issue, as I am unable to log in at the customer support portal without a PIN number that is being sent to my inaccessible account.
Would it be possible for a PIN number to be sent to my new address?
