I can't turn in any of my old anniversary vouchers

I have a problem. I can't use the buyback on any of my past anniversary vouchers. The ones I have go back 4 years and I don't see the open in the event store people are saying is there. All I see is just Summer and Winter store and that is it. Anyone else have this problem.

    Have you tried double-clicking or right clicking on the vouchers? Some stores will open/open a menu that way as well.
