    Came back to check STO now its had time....think thats it for me... its either laggy, cant login or undergoing fixes/down time.

    is anyone at Cryptic working on this? I've crashed multiple times since the update trying to start the game. when I try to run force verify, the system stops at "Verifying 276/175332: Terrain_Default_Atlases.Bin" and becomes unresponsive. In the past, when I submit help tickets, I never get a reply or any indication that they work on or resolve the issue. Needless to say just before the 10th anniversary this is frustrating.

    Ok People possible fix to your log in problems.... I recently bought a new gaming computer top of the line. Also got hooked up with 200mb internet. I downloaded Arc and then Star trek. I, like a lot of you was having problems logging in. I went thru the updates deleted and reinstalled several times…… Still all I got was the blue circle of death. Game would never launch, then it would say game client not responding...……… SO During the delete process You will have a pop up that asks you to delete all related games or save the games and delete just ARC...……… SAVE your games and just delete ARC...…………... Restart computer... <<< That's the problem right there..... ARC...……... After you have deleted Arc from your computer. Go to your program files where Star Trek is located and find the Star trek application, send it to the desk top as a short cut...……… Launch game. After a whole after noon of dealing with deleting and reinstalling this is what I did to get the game to launch...………….Some thing in the Arc launcher is fckin up the launching of the game. Hope this helped some of you.
