Cyclic Modulation Sniper Rifle is not working

Rifle does not show when equipped on your character and will not activate! as it looks like your toon is holding nothing and therefore won't activate or be used in any way! i complained/reported the issue to GM and all i get is to freakking post here! NOT HAPPY i waisted 2000 zen to have an item not working cause its some how bugged??? I really think you guys should make sure things are working before you release new game content.........!!!!!!!..... Grrrrrr, NOT VERY HAPPY CHAPPIES. please get this fixed pronto or refund me my 2000Zen?

    oh and yeah i live in Australia so 2000 Zen is like 26bucks Aussie for me so yeah it's a big deal.

    I'm having the same problem. Rifle doesn't show on character and you can't use it. I paid for this too. Not happy.
