Connection timeout SNR

Logging in and character changing have gotten ridiculously slow, and can't really get into the Dranuur map at all, so going to fleet holdings or playing the STF result in dc and then having to try and try to eventually maybe get loaded back in somewhere. It was better for a few months but now back to the way it was.
