This is happening for weeks now ...

All my other applications on the internet work just fine ... what's going on? I get 30-60 seconds of server not responding messages, or this as seen in the screenshot, or characters won't even load in the main menu.

And no, this is not an exception for 10-15 minutes a day ... this is non-stop.
