Starting issues...

Greetings,

I cannot log in to the server. I get the launcher, the screen goes to black... then nothing (usually get the big "Cryptic" in white as the game loads). Strange thing is I was logged in not two hours beforehand. I have power-cycled the computer, etc., to no avail. Any help would be most appreciated, and I may need to open a support ticket if the problem persists.

    I am having the same issue. It just sits there with the little blue circle and spins. I have uninstalled and reinstalled three times now, same issue. Done full restarts I can't count how many times. I have tried safe mode and I have tried to force verify.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    i am having the same issue on my desktop computer but it works fine on my laptop

    Not exactly the same issue, but I make it to the loading screen with the Star Trek Online:Awaking logo. Then it takes forever, as usual. Then I get a pop up window with the following:


    "We're sorry! Something has gone wrong."

    "Crash processing complete. You may close this window at anytime"

    "Incident I.D. for Customer Service at support.arcgames.com. e153b"

    "Cryptic"


    And there is a green box on the bottom right,with the Starfleet logo surrounded by an arrowed circle, that allows you to attempt to "Restart Star Trek Online".


    I tried three times and crashed on each attempt (same results and crash message)

    ^ Yup, same here. This whole situation is just sad. And by "sad," I don't mean how I feel, I mean in a pathetic sort of way...
