Multiple crashes of the game.

Good evening.
I was going to log into STO, but after the game loaded and I was brough into the main screen (character selection) it didn't finish to load completely, and it appeared a message from the Crash service saying something went wrong (I repeated the login 5 times); the ID of the event was 706417, and when I closed the game forcefully terminating the process the Crash service said the gathering of files about the crash failed. This happened only today, yesterday the game was working just fine and the Safe mode option didn't change the outcome. I hope you can help me, thank you in advance.
