Items Discarded Bug

I encountered a bug that discarded the wrong item, i was discarding a ship weapon and at the same time it decided to equipped onto my ship.

when i deleted it the description was of the item i wanted deleted so i know it wasn't a mistake.

the discarded item was: [Elite Fleet Phaser Beam Array Mk XV [Ac/Dm] [Acc] [Dmg]x2 [Proc]] (Gold Quality)

i don't know the name of the requisition weapon

You need more information in your bug report. What was the name of the wrong item that was discarded? What was the ship weapon and what ship did it get equipped on accidentally? These details would help the developers. Thanks.
