Did not get Featured TFO Reward (3x) for last 2 events

I have not received any Featured TFO Reward (3x) for completing the last 2 events+ and old event the Crystalis even to receive the Antiproton beam array and the Antiproton Cannon.
I just wondered if thats Happened to anyone else? is there a fix?
GM says it's a bug if anyone can help that would be a great honor to receive it from you!

P.s now I cannot Log in hope this is not server wide problem!

Same happenned to me. I've been told by support to create a thread about it in here. And I'm doubtful anyone at Cryptic will even read the thread title...
