so a bref story befor the question
here goes i made two purches on the zen store and every thing whent well got the zen and played on converted the zen to dill to do a daly on the fleet star bases (set daylies) that when well also logg off and shut down log in to day and started to play the game whent to do the same with the dill exchange converting zen to dill and thers a note on the screen
(due to recent purchease activity ,your account is temporarly unable to sell zen on the exchange )

so here's the question WHY ?
