Went to Fleet Research Base and the R & D Mission is not Working

    There are a bit too few details, don't you think?
    On the other side I noticed a behavior that could explain some malfunctioning you are seeing.
    R&D missions seems to works a bit differently from other missions. Usually the cool-down to re-take the mission start from the time you complete the mission. Take for instance the missions at the academy, if you complete the midterm test and you wait a day, you can complete the mission the next day and take it again immediately.
    In R&D, it seems to me, that the cool-down start from the time you report the mission to the NPC. This means that you can't retake the R&D mission "twice" in a day like other missions.

    On my character Artemus, the Fleet Research Daily - Engineering is stuck. I don't show the job to build a Temporal Phase Discriminator, but it says "In Progress" but won't complete. Please reset this job.
