    Have you reset the router you use and tried again? I have heard that helps at times. Also, can you elaborate what it said after Error 14? That would help nail what the cause is for your problems and maybe those reading this thread to help you solve it as well including Cryptic. Thanks. :)

    everything reset, reloaded, reinstalled.
    after error 14, a countdown begins. 10...9...8...7..etc. and it restarts trying to connect to patch server. then error 14's again and restarts count. it is a loop. tried running directly the game w/o ARc. same result... if i copy the entire directory from a different PC then game launches and plays normally.

    the error is getting to patch server

    Yeah, lately I have been having problems and now I know the server is down. I made a post about my problem and who the main culprit is.
