Rubber-banding since last maintenance and update.

Since the December 13th (today) patch update, I am getting rubber-banding in ESD, DS9, New Romulus, etc. Even some in the TFOs. I checked my ping times and trace route, they are average for Cryptic. Is it just me, or is anyone else experiencing this?

    I personally think it is advisable to turn OFF on demand patching on settings. (UNtick)
    It helped me and others.

    Also, IF fails to help visibly/effectively, another step can be ADDITIONALLY done:
    Note that this is not a support stuff advice and it may adversely affect your performance/connectivity/network connection stability to game server (disclaimer)
    However for me and some others setting the game proxy to EU (at least in such times) tend to help with such, most of the time recently. Your mileage may vary and things can change in that regard's effect.
