Hello everyone, first post here so i hope i am not breaking any rules, used Support Ticket 6 days ago and still no answer, here goes what i said in the ticket.
"Hello i got a Star Trek Online game box but cant find the correct place to redeem it. Arc normal system (in the client and in the website) says its invalid all all other methods for redeeming legacy key such as
- https://secure.crypticstudios.com/default/keys/enter -
are not working anymore.
For reference the game i got (new and sealed)
-https://www.amazon.co.uk/Star-Trek-Online-PC-DVD/dp/B00361G0L8/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1542999886&sr=8-3&keywords=star+trek+online"
Years ago they add working links in Cryptic and Perfect world website, but now none of these work anymore. Does someone have a solution?

One would think they update at least this https://www.arcgames.com/en/games/star-trek-online/news/detail/11078423 since various keys are still being sold.
It could be expanded by something along the lines of "You bought a STO Gold box or a mint GTC?"
