PS4 to PC linking issue

in Windows and General: PC, Network, and Other Technical Issues
So, I recently downloaded STO for PS4 - also have it on PC - and I'm trying to link the 2 accounts, but every time I click the link account it loops back to the link account button on the PS4 - do I need to attempt from my PC, or something else?
