Audio slow down, echo and in game slowdown after Windows 10 Feature Update 1809 for October 2018

I am experiencing audio slow down, echo and in game slow down. Though the game seems to play "fine." My specs are:
Intel HD 520 Graphics with the very latest graphics driver version 25.20.100.6323
8gb of DDR4 Single Channel RAM
1TB hard drive
i3 6006U 2ghz dual core CPU with no turbo boost 3mb L3 cache.
It is an Acer Aspire E15 E5-575T-3678
Windows 10 Home 64 Bit Version 1809 (OS Build 17763.1)
If anyone else is having this issue as well please post a reply below and leave your system specs and Windows 10 build and stuff to help Cryptic better understand the issue that could be causing this.
