Since you did not get an answer to your problem before your Thread was closed as it violated one of the newer Frequently Created Thread restrictions on vagueness, I created a new non-vague Thread in its place.
Arc Defender seems to be notorious in not recognizing that Forum or Client Logins are from the same computer as the last time you attempted such an activity. It got so bad I eventually disabled it years ago.
You need to go to the Settings /General in the Arc Client and do that if this is annoying enough to you. There has been quite a few complaints about this in the past.
You seem to be a new Poster to these Forums so I would suggest browsing through the stickied Frequently Created (FCT) Thread Thread to see what the current list of non-allowed activities are so you don't become part of the 20% - 25% of the Closed Threads on this Sub-Forum.
Anyway, welcome to the Forums, because......we are here to help.

The ONLY other reason why Arc Defender keeps popping up is due to BROWSER updates. Defender doesn't recognise when a browser has been updated, even if you are on the same computer.
This is the solution.
You have your browser set not to accept cookies from this site, change that and you'll be fine. I have to re-authenticate maybe once or twice a month.

But I am aware of this website/cookies connection and don't mind doing it. And not just for ARC.

In fact, when I login to the Forums on Cheetah, I can be logged in for over a month or more at a time. And the login will persist over the phone's reboot.

You may not be deleting them, but you obviously don't have them enabled.
For further information on the cookies for the site click here. If you have cookies enabled for this site, then you will not have to authenticate every time. If you are having to do it on every visit then your browser either isn't accepting site cookies or something is deleting them without your intervention.
Either way, you'll need to check your browser settings.
Phone? I dunno about those, but those browsers seem to get updated a lot (see also what leemwatson said). I think the regular TTL for a cookie on this site is about 3 months.

Anyway, vague title threads are not allowed, and your title couldn't have been more vague if you tried. If you would have a title that at least names your problem then that would get you that much more help, rather than people going in to mock you for not using a descriptive title.
Otherwise, the advice here is spot on. You need to be sure your cookies for this site stay active. I don't have any problems with Arc Defender until my browser updates or something, then I have to re-authenticate.
