Unable to log in from EU (also hearing reports from US-West) - DDoS?

This is just conjecture, but it looks to me like STO might be soaking up a DDoS via Telia. ~30% loss along multiple tail-end hops certainly smells that way to me.

On the other hand, my home connection hits patchserver.crypticstudios.com via Cogent instead of Telia, and has no problem getting there.
