I am in contact with arc support already but, your suggestions would help until they get back to me. It seems that I cannot connect to the patch server. When I load up the launcher and click encase the game will not load past the cryptic screen and crashes. I have tried verifying files, loading in safe mode, reinstalling, loading in 32-bit. I would like any suggestions that you guys could give me. I play on PC.

Just empty the cache and delete all the log files and restart..
Cache location should be like this: (DRIVE WHERE YOU HAVE INSTALLED THE GAME):\Star Trek Online\Star Trek Online_en\Star Trek Online\Star Trek Online_en\cef_cache
Second cache: (DRIVE WHERE YOU HAVE INSTALLED THE GAME):\Star Trek Online\Star Trek Online_en\Star Trek Online\Star Trek Online_en\Star Trek Online\Live\cache
