I had this issue sometime ago but it resolved itself. However it has reappeared. During certain times of the day (BTW I'm in UK) if I wish to play say 7pm my time the launcher hangs on the version number for several minutes. When I do eventually get into game my toon selection takes again another minute or two to become selectable. the once eventually in game the lag is so great that I can't do a thing. But if I want to play early in the morning my time I have no issues at all getting into game. I can only summise that the servers can't handle high volume of players. Anyone else experience this issue? Have you found a work around?

Downloading a game hangs. I've tried both Neverwinter and STO, but both hang at 98% of the first 40+mb file.
I checked the log files and find this segment repeated for the entire file,

I'm no expert, but it seems to me that it isn't being allowed to download for some reason and the launcher is too stupid to mention this to the user.
