The Renegade's Regret wipes tray configurations?

in Windows and General: PC, Network, and Other Technical Issues
Several members of my fleet have reported that the new featured episode will wipe both ground and space tray configurations so before I try this my self I would like to know if others outside my fleet also have this issue as I typically avoid missions that wipe trait or tray configuations in which I know there are several that have a similar issue at least with wiping character trait configurations out.

    I did not even have to play the mission I noticed that the stations area and the default have now been somehow linked changing the active ability now changes the default and it should not. I have also noticed as I logged in that BOFFs that have a specialization had there abilities replaced with only abilities from that specialization. I was forced to re-select and then replace those abilities on the tray bars.

    Both my ground and space trays got wiped.

    It turns out I did not even have to play the mission I simply logged in and my trays were messed up WTH!!! that took me a while to get right im not happy at all.

    I was doing a mission earlier and noticed my devices no longer showed on my tray and I keep noticing that my traits keep wiping out and I keep having to redo them constantly its annoying me I don't mind so much having to redo the traits at least i can do that but I can not use my devices they do not show on my tray when I am in subspace now and I am not sure what to do I have tried writing a ticket but no word yet
