Since each faction generally has a colour theme with Federation as blue, Romulan as green and Klingon and red, what colour do you think the Jem'Hadar faction would have?

All I can really think of is purple or pink.
Jem'Hadar are apart of the Dominion and their overall style is gray and purple. The Remans are the same in faction colors.
The others are more precisely Starfleet: Gray, blue and red. Romulan Republic: Green. Klingons: Green and red.
Some NPC Factions
Ferengi Alliance: Orange and brown.
Cardassian Union: Orange, brown and green.
Lukari: Purple and blue.
Breen Confederacy: Gray and green.
Tholian Assembly: Gray, blue and orange.
Benthans: Grey and blue.

I believe if you're talking about the UI colors, I think they mentioned on the Ten Forward weekly livestream the week of the announcement that the Jem'hadar colors would be those of the computer consoles of the Dominion ships.
I am speaking of the single colour generally used for warp out, beam out and UI.
"single" lol, no. Cryptic already made the Dominion beam out effect years ago when they added Kar'ukan and Loriss to the game. It's a rather subtle and mostly white shimmer. Why? 'cause canon. The engine trail color? Yeh, already have that, purple. The UI you see when players are playing? It will include significant amounts of purple.... and that weird shade of lime/teal that's used on Dominion consoles.

Okay so single wasn't the right word to use, all I meant is the primarily colour that they like to associate with factions.
There is no color exclusive to any one faction. The Romulans use green almost in a dominating fashion doesn't mean they don't use a lot of gray either.
The Dominion will likely have a pink/purple or a white/purple warp out to it.

I never said exclusives, I was merely taking about the primarily of course there is also secondary colours. I'm quite s*** at explaining exactly what I mean that it gets read differently than how I intended.
Only reason I could see it being a different color is if they go crazy with whatever sub-faction the playable Jem'Hadar are from. I mean, the Romulan Republic is a splinter of the Romulan Star Empire, but it still uses Green.
I imagine their UI color scheme will probably be a mix of purples, greens, and greys.. as is traditional for Dominion stuff.
I understand what you're trying to say, OP. It's most likely going to be purple, though.

so, for the upcoming jem'hadar faction itself, the warp-out trails are going to be solid purple, at least if you're using a dominion ship - because the warp-out trail colors seem to be tied to the ship itself, not the faction, unless someone can provide evidence to the contrary
the UI colors are very likely to be primarily purple with some green splashed in - and maybe a little grey or yellow, depending on which version of the emblem cryptic is looking at
and the beam-out animation will of course be the white shimmer that is canon to DS9 and is already ingame

Some ships have unique warp out trails unique to them like the Kelvin Timeline ships but I think the majority of ships use the same warp out animation as the faction. For example on my TOS i often switch between the Atlas and Eternal. The Atlas is a TOS era ship so has the TOS warp out animation but the Eternal, which is 31st century Starfleet, still uses the TOS warp out animation.
And my TOS character has an Andromeda, and that one uses TOS warpout animations.

in the dominion's case, there are a few variations, all of which are documented here: http://www.ex-astris-scientia.org/inconsistencies/dominion_emblem.htm

You summed that up well.
Anyway I think this thread has already made its course and I would like it closed.
