I can see some potential here for my builds. May not be the one to use on shorter missions like CCA but outside of CCA I can definitely see uses.

it's on tribble, I'll let you decide what that means. haven't tried it yet.
Thank you! I see it on the Tribble Patch notes, now....not sure it is worth patching Tribble for, though. I see that the new Tribble build has lots of weird things going on with it.

after a little play... testing it's not any worse then strategist in space on my kor. since it also works with ground I will probably switch when it goes live on holodeck.

Nice picture on the Kentari home world though.
This program, though reasonably normal at times, seems to have a strong affinity to classes belonging to the Cat 2.0 program. Questerius 2.7 will break down on occasion, resulting in garbage and nonsense messages whenever it occurs. Usually a hard reboot or pulling the plug solves the problem when that happens.
This bonus starts at 10 once you have a single ability purchased and the Specialization is active. It scales up by 1 with each ability purchased, up to a total of 25 once the Specialization is complete.
Do NPCs have resists on their hull? I thought it was just straight hit points on hull?

Resistance penalties or armor penetration always help you. Armor Penetration is basically a negative resist that is added to any other negative resistances your enemy has. IIRC, the mathematical operation is bascially the sum of all positive resists are a multiplier to reduce the damage, and the sum of all negative resists are a multiplier to increase your damage.

Things I want in STO:
1) More character customization options such as more clothing options, letting the toon complexion affect the entire body, not just the head. Also a true RGB color picker applied to all costume and appearance options, which would allow for true appearance customization and homogenous colors instead of "this same exact color looks vastly different on two different pieces."
2) Bridge customization, not bridge packs. Let us pick a general layout and adjust the color palette, console appearance, and chair types, as well as more ready room layout options.
3) Customizable ground weapons, i.e. The aesthetic look of phaser dual pistols but they shoot antiproton bolts. For obvious reasons this would only apply to standard ground weapons.
4) For the love of Q please revamp Plasma Ground Weapons. They look like demented Supersoakers right now.
5) True Vanity Impulse and Deflector effects similar to Vanity Shields.
6) A greater payout for hitting T6 Reputations. Currently it takes more time and resources to get from T5 to T6 than it does to get from nothing to T5. Make that grind really pay out at the end.
7) Mirrorverse Refugee event similar to AoY/Delta/Gamma, complete with new Mirrorverse recruits for all factions.
8) Independent Faction, because yo ho yo ho a pirate's life for me!

And STO would become financially insolvent if they tried to create and release five or more episodes at a time on a regular basis. If it were a standard subscription service, then maybe I could see the complaint holding merit, but this is F2P. As much as we love the game and want more, we have to all remember that this is little more than a glorified hobby project for the devs that occasionally brings in some extra cash. With that in mind, their actual moneymakers HAVE to come first.

It's difficult to leave negative feedback as feelings are easily hurt.
This Feature feels too similar to previous similar features... mainly other specs.
~ This system creates a huge grind for a minimal payoff. I will accidentally complete it eventually but will not focus on it.
~ This system offers nothing "fun" to the game aside from perhaps weeks of work to achieve a minor increase in power (typical specialization issue) for a small portion of the eliteist DPS community.
~ Specializations, and Reputations became troublesome and annoying after 3 of them. Now, instead of "adding more content" it simply feels like you're bloating the game with time wasters. The problem with this is it just creates a sense that something is out of reach or unachievable, and previously devoted people have been turning away from the game more and more as this type of grind-based content continues to be added.
due to these facts and nothing giving me the impression that this trend is going to stop repeating itself, I have no interest in this system and a grim outlook for this game.
Really..."Constable"? Are we running out of naming conventions? Seems a bit odd for an STO MMO to have a name like that when there is a ton more they could came up with. Are we running prisons online?
Muse juice must be very low these days. Why not make a poll with the community as you did when designed a new ship?
Regarding the skills themselves...it is on tribble so I don't think it is a joke as others think but would be one of those perhaps resembling " Dinos shooting lasers from their freaking heads" analogy

You do realize that since this new season seemingly revolves around the Dominion, and Odo is there, and he was the Constable on DS9, that Constable is a perfectly legitimate name AND ties into Trek canon, right?

I also based the uniforms for my Cassy toon, and her boffs, on the Ranger's uniforms.
Blah blah blah, yahoo another Reputation/Specialization to grind. I earn those Specialization Points too slow as it is because I don't want to become a grinding hamster.
So... don't grind the reps then? They are optional you know.
Have all the current Reputations already done. Hence why I stated, "another," regarding Reputations which I'm confident there will be a new one & for the Specialization Points I added, "too slow". I even had a period separating the two sentences. & just to pick a pretentious option like you: what I don't have to do the Reputations? OMG, thank goodness you let that nugget of truth be known.
I think Secondary Specializations should be active always anyways since I hardly remember to switch between them for space & ground. At least with this one that might be solved.
Blah blah blah, yahoo another Reputation/Specialization to grind. I earn those Specialization Points too slow as it is because I don't want to become a grinding hamster.
get dilithium instead of spec point over 195.. so why not allow dilithium to buy spec points in the first place? None of my toons have finished all the spec trees. They take the longest and have the longest grind.. doff missions, admiralty missions, stfs, argala blah.. I would buy spec points if I could, and while I know a shortcut.. it is a VERY EXPENSIVE shortcut.
I'm sure there are those old timers or completionist out there that have all Spec pt.s. I usually do the 2 2ndaries then 1 or 2 of the mains for each toon. Sort of like ships since i can only have 2 trees active & pilot 1 ship all else is excess imo.
I like the concept of somehow being able to earn more or faster Spec pt.s, but i wouldn't sacrifice my dilithium. I hoard my dilithium like a dragon does gold.
It usually burns me out of STO for awhile if i focus on the grinding too much. To me, it just isn't fun. Glad to see I'm not the only one that thinks those Spec pt.s are slow though. Good hunting to ya.
Galaxy Rangers is nice, but I'll raise you a Bravestarr. Has a ground mount that also carries a gun. That way we can fight all the dinos with lazers the Voth made!
Sometimes I think I play STO just to have something to complain about on the forums.

Claims to be secondary and yet unlike strategist and commando it covers BOTH space and ground plus ship trait so is in fact a primary.
I suspect that they've branded it secondary only because there's going to be an influx of bullet spongey enemies to deal with in the new expansion and so folk will feel that they simply have to use it. Currently nothing beyond the odd capital ship lasts much longer than 4 seconds after being targetted.
Word of the day looked to have been antagonist!
Named as homage to Odo's former career and yet he very rarely got into a fight and when he did it was even rarer that he used a weapon.
Cryptic are more than likely going to need a better crowbar to tear folk away from their FAW CSV addictions.
I can't see much use for this myself.. 4s on one target is way too long in a feam shooting gallery, sorry, sto team mission - you target a mob for 4s, you've likely killed it or damaged it enough the spec is pointless
The trait might be intresting if its cd is low, but if its a 5min wait between uses then that too has little real use.. this spec feels currently really just a variation instead of commando/strategist for people who hate jughling specs
How about a nice Spec-Respec token? Not always easy to grind out new spec points with R.L. going on, but might like to give a toon or two a retool with points earned from days gone by.
