Tutorial mission bug and trans warp glitch

Long story cut short a random player approached me and 3 fleet mates asking to do missions with them

We were off to do night if the comet for the new reward, he said he'd join

He was fleet less, lv 54. Rest of us 60 and completed all missions up to melting pot

En route to bepi 113 he kept stopping, then going backwards, we went to see what was up, he said can we help with different mission, we thought why not

Pollux system, begin communications breakdown was shared. Didn't recognise it but was all tired

Took us all into separate instances of Pollux into the tutorial mission, that's not complete able, you can't grab kit to make gate open. Can't drop mission or assimilate innocents

And now entering the orion sector means we can't leave, it keeps pulling us back to pollux via transwarp animation. Only escape is transwarp to say defera. How do we cure the sto leprosy or escape the orion black hole, as a few other people after running missions or pve with any of us have noticed this appearing in their missions

First of all, I'd drop the mission via your Journal. Secondly, I suggest rechecking that the mission isn't a single player only mission, which I think it is. I'm positive all tutorial missions are single player only, and there are a few missions later on which are the same.

Sorry, i did mention we'd already completed all story missions and tier 5 in all reputations, and were level 60 when this mission was shared to us

Also did mention we can't drop it at all. That option is greyed out

Sorry if people can please kindly read the post before commenting, so as to avoid suggesting things we've already mentioned will not work, the only thing we can do is make primary. We can't drop. We can't cancel. We can't enter a sector so that's tour the galaxy incompleteable. As far as I'm aware the tutorial mission is solo only without ability to team up

I completed the tutorial back in may 2017, and played this character for 83 x 24 hour periods

I am having the same problem managed to warp to earth but when I try to go to any other mission I get teleported to pollux

Okay, but you wrote the other guy was level 54. How on earth did they progress to that level without either completing or skipping the tutorial?

What level are you? Did you get it by having it shared with you or is it your own tutorial?

In both your cases I'd suggest you try contacting support if you haven't already.
