Missing items after a sale expired bug

I was told to do this, so I will. I got an in game mail that multiple items expired on the in-game exchange on Star Trek: online, but I never got these items back.

can you see the items under mail. they can only be claimed from a mail console

and sometime ogo there was a issue. if one had too many items sold msjs, one could not see expired msg or the items on it. maybe it is fixed do ..
