No, this has already been answered via twitter It seems interiors/bridges are nothing the devs have "time" to work on, lately. The Miracle Worker ships and the allied assault cruiser bundle didn't have any either.
^ Memory Alpha.org is not canon. It's a open wiki with arbitrary rules. Only what can be cited from an episode is. ^

"That pig smelled horrid. A sweet-sour, extremely pungent odor. I showered and showered, and it took me a week to get rid of it!" - Robert Justman, appreciating Emmy-Lou
So, the "most massive and powerful Intelligence vessel ever offered" aka Walker class appearently comes with.... 1 Ensign Intelligence slot. That seems to me like some over the top advertisement right there.
That part was pretty funny - I guess intelligence was used in a generic sense instead of intel-ship designation. What wasn't is KDF-allied roms are left out in the cold completely for something clearly designed to benefit battle cloaks, furthering the fact that KDF is the wrong faction and our KDF-allied Roms made the wrong choice.
I even expected the Discovery hero ship to be full intel, instead it's an Annorax copy-paste with no dreadnought package (lance), Lt temporal over another intel, no flight deck/frigates but proper turn rate, poor starship trait and clickly console, but I'm still somewhat interested in it for its shape (triangle and saucer, science vanguard disguised as a cruiser) and for fun clickies.
Truly the Walker has the worthwhile trait for power, but space barbie and fun clickies keep my interest more than invincibility and deleting swarms of enemies with science in a PvE game.
Can you Captain the ships of Star Trek: Discovery as well as Lorca, Georgiou, or Voq?
Hopefully no for the latter two considering both of them got betrayed by a a part of their crew, and their respective ships ended up trashed in less than ten episodes (and the Starfleet one lasted only 2 episodes).

And I'm pretty sure it's not even the most massive either. *points at the Vengeance, which is a TRUE intelligence vessel*

+400 damage resistance for the duration of red alert? Hello nerf incoming. And this carrier is probably the first you DON'T want to use scramble fighters on.
These two ships, the Ship of the Dead and the Discovery have exceptional stats, they will sell well even with the lack of bridge, which to me shows just how fast these were rushed out, at least no other explanation has been given. For me the lack of bridge is the main reason I'll be unlikely to get either of these, I believe that's a real home goal for Cryptic here.
Honoured dead is so good I doubt anyone here will expect it to remain un-nerfed for long, it's either a typo, or they just haven't thought it through, I don't want to take the cynical approach that others have stated above although I perfectly understand their cynicism.
Interestingly though, I see no movement in key prices on the exchange since the announcement of this lock box, perhaps it won't be as popular as many think?
Excellent point about Scramble Fighters with those Mo'Kais. I thought it was already unspoken precedent with Cryptic that any time there's a new release that might be over-powered there's no "nerfing" to increase sales until a certain number has been sold & opened, only then but not before can the "nerf" bat swing. Thanks for mentioning the lack of specific bridges with these ships. I had somehow glossed that out of my thoughts.
