Star Trek Discovery Mirror Uniforms

in The Art of Star Trek Online
While I don't have CBS all access I did see the mirror uniforms. I would love to have these in game and also CRYPTIC THE CADET AND MEDICAL insignia from the regular Discovery uniforms which WE STILL DON'T have HINT HINT.

On another note what did you all think of the mirror uniforms

    Yeah, the uniforms are very nice, i loved them, and its a good episode...

    I haven't watched the episode yet but this thread got me curious so I took a peak at the uniforms.

    So are we sure this is the Mirror Universe and not the Power Rangers universe? They look like they're doing battle with King Mondo of the Machine Empire, not the Klingons. I guess their ships are powered by Zeo Crystals in this universe.

    Seriously, crop tops and cutoff sleeves. It isn't that hard. Yet they managed to get even that wrong. Nearly every single visual design choice in this show has been bad to varying degrees. How do you miss the mark that badly?

    It's downright infuriating how something can be so awful and so damn cool at the same time and I want them right now. Star Sentai TrekRanger when

    Actually, I kind of like those uniforms. One doesn't need crop tops and all to have MU uniforms. Bring in the Power Ranger look! It looks fun.

    There are enough crop tops in the game already. And Orion bikinis
    Now a LTS and loving it.
    Just because you spend money on this game, it does not entitle you to be a jerk if things don't go your way.
    I have come to the conclusion that I have a memory like Etch-A-Sketch. I shake my head and forget everything. :D

    I like the martial look to the Terran uniforms, suits their culture unlike the tired "evil is sexy" trope ones we're used to seeing

      I love them, they're probably my new favourite uniforms so devs need to get to work on this TRIBBLE lol, c'mon Cryptic you know you want them too lol

      That is some really nice God-Emperor of Mankind golden power armour. I wouldn't mind seeing that in-game. But having just the Captain/Lord uniforms would be nice too.

      I seen another thread around asking for this but seem to have lost track of it. I think I have seen the community manager/dev mention it somewhere too on star trek reddit but I can't seem to find that in the search either. I'd like a I.S.S ship prefix as well but maybe that is pushing it. Perfect time to beg seeing as the Mirror Universe has been reintroduced again in the new show.

      Gave it a go using a template my fleet leader had made, I didnt have a few of the items and changed a couple others... the lighting makes a few things look off like the pants/top are the same color black but dont look it. The belt is also black/gold but looks brown.

      While I certainly wouldn't mind more "sexy" Mirror outfits, I think the thing that bothers me the most (ditto with some of the other things Discovery has done) is how it doesn't fit with any of the styles Trek has had in series that are both before and after this one. The inconsistency.

      Enterprise-era, TOS-era, and TNG-era Mirror is crop tops, midriffs, and latex-catsuit sex-maniac Intendants, but for one brief period in between, they're Power Ranger/Ming the Merciless/40K Imperials? Uh.... :|


      (heh. Searching Google for some pics reminded me about the TNG Mirror comic that came out last year. That cover was hilarious. :D )

      Couldn't really find a chest piece I liked but this is my current version. Still going to play around and try other parts.

      Honestly I found them disappointing, not sexy enough for the mirror universe.

      Well I have the 25th century midriffs on most of my Terran captains. But honestly I wouldn't be against the more practical ones. You don't have to be showing skin to be sexy or evil. I quite like the armour ones. Although I'd prefer them to be colour coded with ranks. (Gold is nice but I want some red, blue and yellow gold incorporated too.) either that or the imperium 40k tron uniforms in my sig.

      Eh, isn't your character Bajoran? lol. Damn it... I don't understand the xenophobia at this time.. well I do..because humans are jackasses... but Discovery has zero aliens in command positions. Like zero alien crew at all. Now Archer was a xeno hater but even his ship at the time before he blew them all up in paranoia had alien crew members. Spock was first officer for crying out loud!

      I always imagined the Terran Empire to be a bit more like Genghis Khan's Empire. Or the very least absorb & incorporate conquered worlds into their military and society. You know like: "service guarantees citizenship"? Rewarded for loyalty and on individual merit in-order to become an Imperial citizen of the Empire. Instead of you are filthy xeno scum, die!! Die!! Die!!! Everyone die!!! They would have a slight increase in supporters and a unified empire if they didn't TRIBBLE off their own populace.
