Belle married a prince (de Beest), making her a princess, and Snow White is the stepdaughter of the evil queen. She also marries a prince.

What for convoluted reasoning? Well, Ripley 7 is a clone of the original Ripley, who has a mix of the DNA of the original and that of a Xeno Queen. So yes, royalty.

20 years ago neither Disney or Fox were run by the same people as they are today. In fact both companies have had multiple changes in CEO and most other executive positions since then. I like a good conspiracy theory as much as anyone but this isn't a good theory, its just silly.

Didn't one of the creator commentary pieces say that part of why they changed the look was to make her look more alien? IIRC the choice of oily black pleather was because it looks like Xeno skin.
Oh and apparently it's Ripley 9, 7 was one of the failed clones.

I had no problem with the outfit. Her HAIR looked like a mess.

Anyways, the stringy looking hair was probably intentional too. They did a lot of stuff to make her look and act less human. Making it look like she never combs her hair was probably intentional.

Gulf of Tonkin, which was declassifed and shown to be a lie, and one those in power did.
I threw away my rose colored lenses away long ago, sir. To me, anyone in power, be it government or business....if their lips are moving, they are lying. With all the lies we were given over the years, I don't believe a thing they say.......NOTHING.
