ZUnZip.dll error on trying to start STO or Arc client

Just started getting an error message when trying to start STO directly from its shortcut, or trying to start Arc from its shortcut, and also when trying to start the installer/setup file D/L'ed from the Arc/STO website (was hoping to re-install the program that way, but can't even do that).

The rather lengthy error message says that the file ZUnZip.dll in my STO\Arc folder isn't designed to work on Windows or has an error.

It was working fine a day or two ago, and then just started generating this message - didn't make any conscious changes to my PC in the meantime.

Any ideas on how to get this fixed or get past it so I can play the game again?

    Same thing for me, except for me it is dbghelp.dll. It gives a fatal error message says it cannot overwrite a file that is not over-writable.
