Cant get into game

When i log in and get to retriveing character list it pauses then boots me out to log in and says "player booting failed" any idea the problem??????

I just had the same exact problem. I closed the game down and rebooted and now everything is just fine.

Just rebooted as well and did a few speed tests...my ping is still 5ms etc etc and all is good.... but the arc launcher is extremely slow and the game has booted me out 3 times for loss of connection.. Also the forums took almost a minute to load where all other sites etc are perfectly fine.

Same problem...was in the game. doing DOassinments booted me now the launcher patch cannt connect cleaned cash and rebooded no help

i have been trying to log on since the last patch on thursday and this is the farthest i have been able to get. anyone know what is happening

Hello. Ive installed the game and patched. Have not been able to log in yet. After the Crypic splash screen and the Loading bar there is nothing but a black screen and a sircle going round and round.
