Finally an Orion ship! The Tellerite one is cool to. Unfortunitly they have hangers. And I hate hangers. But Cryptic never has made me 100% happy like other games have. But I hope we get an Orion Bridge, along with other races bridges. But I bet that's a no to.
I do somewhat dislike these 10 Console Ship Bundles, I rather have them 11 to begin with. The 'Elite' Ships are more cost effective. No Fleet Ship Modules necessary. They are both the same C-Store price, but the 10 Console requires 500 Zen for an FSM, Ship Mastery up all over again, your Fleet Starbase of sufficient level, etc.

I got the science bundle for support even though I only wanted the Nebula. But this time I really can't and will only get the 'rite one. Suliban aren't even on my screen as something from Star Trek and Orions I do complain about being one-dimensionally portrayed but I have no interest in playing one. Ever.

Yeah, but I think this is deliberate, to push Lockbox (and Lobi) ships sales. Same with ships having the less desirable 4/4 layout in zen store sthips compared to 5/3 in most lockbox/lobi ships. (Not that 4/4 is necessarily bad, but simply that 5/3 is superior in practice, even on all beam array ships)
Seems I'm the only one caring about it, but I think they should have gone with the Galaxy interior/bundle, instead of this non-sense. I will not be getting any of these ships. Yes, for spite.
Hopefully people buy them just so the game gets revenue, but I'm definitely not in the market to pick these up.
I feel the same way about this release.
Lets hope especially new and inexperienced players get those carrier type ships though. For as long as the pets are launched and set to attack mode in ISA an invite to DPS Bronze should follow within 24h.

I could imagine they have something else planned to hand out the interior. Something not as cheap as a 3 ship bundle from Zen store.

Well, they're 'flight deck cruisers,' which means only one hangar bay.. but still, I like your optimism.
Well we FINALLY have all four Federation founders represented in-game, which is a plus. And an Orion ship to round out the KDF's T6 allies is great, though I have reservations about the look compared to the Orion ships already in-game. I'm not really sold on the Suliban ship though, not the concept of it, just the fact that it's just taking an existing design from Enterprise and saying "BAM! Flight deck cruiser!" with no real changes to it.
Plus none of them seem to have any obvious hangars of any kind. Granted we only have a few images to go off of, but I'm getting tired of new "carriers" of various types coming out without any visible means of launching said fighters, especially on smaller more agile ships like these appear to be.
Count me in the wait and see crowd for now. Only reason I'm not passing outright is that I DO have an Orion Captain in need of an upgrade from the flying peanut.
Admiral Katrina Tokareva - U.S.S. Cosmos, Yorktown-class Star Cruiser Admiral Dananra Lekall - R.R.W. Teverresh, Deihu-class Warbird General J'Kar son of K'tsulan - I.K.S. Dlahath, Vo'devwl-class Carrier
Carriers are not my thing, but I am glad it scratches an itch for other players.
Me? I want a T6 Vor'cha Battlecruiser.
Same about them making some players really happy. Borticus clarified they are canon from Enterprise so I'm sure they're really good reproductions.
I'm still waiting on T6 Dysons and a T6 Nova, and for lockbox or lobi a T6 Wells and/or T6 R'Mor that's (pretty please)a real Romulan ship this time with a singularity core, slightly different stats, and the ability to use other warbird consoles.
Oh and I almost forgot a T6 Voquv', and more T6 Birds of Prey, like a Ning'Tao/Norgh, and a Hegh'ta. More Romulan and KDF science would also be very welcomed!
Hopefully people buy them just so the game gets revenue, but I'm definitely not in the market to pick these up.

Orion tub looks kinda cool but I'm skipping this one because we are pretty close to miracle worker coming out so interested to see what comes of that. Unless we see a T6 Vor'cha this falls behind the neghtev/D'd/whateverthet6galaxyis bundle in order of when I'm gonna get things.
Not a fan of either ship designs, though more canon ships in the game is always as bonus.
They will most likely get very boring/lackluster stats, like the Miranda bundle got, but at least with them, it was worth it to have a T6 Miranda!
These on the other hand will need good a 5/3 weapon load out and stats to get over the meh-ness about the looks; some good new heavy fighter pets, like the Voth versions, would also help them sell...
The new spec is a good point. These ships will, I'm almost certain, be command spec as the escorts were intel. We won't see a new spec ship quite yet, but it bears the question which ship will get the new CMDR spec.

What an ugly set of ships. Looks like the Malons put plaster over their ships and called it good. Hope they come with some consoles to rob out of them bc the chicks won't be wanting a ride in these rides anytime soon.

I hear you. I was last excited about the T6 Reliant (Miranda) but haven't got around to picking that up yet. Lower on my list of priorities. The ships that I've wanted the most are in ridiculously hard to get R&D boxes and Phoenix prize packs. I wish all ships were out in the C-Store at least once a year.
The Blackguard looks like across between a tank and a turtle, which is neat, I like it. Could use some windows.
Anyone hating on the look of these ships should go find the original designers from Enterprise to bother as these a actual ships from the show, not cryptic designs.
'All three factions have reached out to their allies - the Tellarite, the Orion and the Sulliban, to produce three new Cruisers, each with their own wing of fighters."
This suggests they will be getting new fighters.
Likely they created a new pet for the Tellarites and Suliban, something that is basically the same, but with a different energy weapon type and different appearance, so they decided to do a set for Orions too.
Which is kind of funny because there are already 4 Orion Hangar pets.
Also note that Orion FDC are unusual in that unlike most C-Store ships, they DON'T come with unique consoles at all, the pets are supposed to make up for that.

That's doubtful. If anything, it'll be a bundle of non-ship stuff and thus be cheaper than a 3-ship bundle. This isn't a T6 Connie, after all, it's an interior that nobody else will even know that you have unless you invite them aboard your ship, and something that even most who buy it will tire of after a few weeks, since there's not much to do aboard your ship, even if the scenery is nice.
This is an MMO, not a Star Trek episode simulator. That would make for a terrible game.
I would not have minded if they gave the Orion version a frigate pet, as like has been said they already have quite afew so far, but yet that would leave the Rom and Fed a bit out of the loop. Though i could see them expanding the existing frigate pets the Federation and Romulans have to be usable on the Suliban and Tellorite FDC, yet most likely it will just have a set of new fighters for each of the three I am imagining.

Nope. My Orion pilots the Marauder. Eventually, she'll likely pilot this Orion FDC, too.
