Has anyone applied to do this recently? I'm just returning to STO and it seems I've lost my original characters. I've submitted a ticket to which the support says takes one business day to respond to and it's been four.

Kinda sucks, my original account was a founder with several ZEN purchases. Now I've lost it all :(

Any help would be appreciated.
