I get stuck at the Patch Version ST.77.20170704a.21,,, screen. It has been happening for about a month but I could always just close the window and it would be ok the end attempt. But not tonight, I first couldn't change toons and had to do a hard close on the full screen window. Retried via ARC and for nearly an hour I can't get past the patch verification. Server is up. Everything on my end is good, worse ping to your network was 35ms. Never have had these problems before here or anywhere. Rejoinded ARC with no improvement.
EDIT now it's back and the world is right again :-p
