Problems with sto

Sorry for my badf grammar english wasnt my strong suit. I'll try to list my issues were they make sense. I've already uninstalled and reinstalled twice.

1. the launcher take awhile to log and then patch take long to verify. Once I hit engage it either goes into the game or tell me cannt connect to the account server.
2. i make past the cryptic loading in my usual time. no real issue at one time i was get material are reloading.
3. Here my biggest issue. My character select screen take a very long time to load. I get disconnects now and rhen. Have a very hard time changing characters too. after selecting my character, i please wait, redirecting that usually end in two ways either a disconnect/timeout. or i eventually get loaded into the game but oi am froze and cannt do anything.

now i was able to play for on and off tuesday night for 5hrs. and a few iother times. but those like 10mins and disconnects

my tracert. i have contact my internet provider. so i hoping they can fix there issue that fixes my issue

yea i been working figure out wjhat it is
