High reward/effort ratio=because those two queues are braindead easy. Duh. what do you think "Easy" means? It pays out a lot for almost no work...
Easy means its not hard to win. That's nothing unusual in STO and not the problem at hand, either. There are easier queues. Difficulty in general can't be talked about much in Advanced since they removed the fail conditions it's pretty much impossible to lose most of them.
The problem with ISA/CCA is the rewards are not proportional to anything, so these short queues give the same reward as much longer ones.
@peterconnorfirst I admire the level of patience you show continually explaining the same concepts over and over to people that clearly have no interest in even attempting to understand your side.
I think it's time to cut your losses here bud, you're doing an admirable job, but clearly your intended audience isn't even reading your posts.
Either that, or they simply don't possess the capacity to understand.
You are right as usual Sea. Thanks for the reminder.

I think there's a combination of the new system being a bit more time consuming to navigate and a lower number of players- or at least fewer people playing queues. That might be due to the summer event, which I skipped out on this year due to being active duty military. I hope that if they cannot find a way to revitalize the queues they might at least be able to add some of the advanced rep items to more popular queues. It will be more difficult to get to tier 5 on the last 2 reps now that fewer people are playing those STFs.
Am I the only one who RRRRRRRRRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGES when a bunch of people queue for an STF, then decline it when it pops? I hate that. If you aren't ready to fly the mission, don't flipping queue for it!
Had that a few days ago...3 times in a row the invite was declined before I could even click accept.
Can't have a honest conversation because of a white knight with power

Oh yes been there many times. But at least the system was polite enough to ask me if i wanted to join rather than just warp me in without one
Hello rubber banding my old friend, time to bounce around the battlezone again, where are all my bug reports going?, out of love with this game I am falling, As Cryptic fail to acknowledge a problem exists, Shakes an angry fist, And from Support all I'm hearing are the sounds of silence.
I think most of the PVE queues are a bit slow because there are too many events. Most of us are waiting for the next event and try to take breaks between events. Back to back event from MI, kobayashi maru and Summer event can be a bit tiring. So I will wait for the endeavor to start before going into PVE queues again.
I tend to play mostly advance and elites. I avoid basic, I kill stuff too fast there so will take away the other players fun. Most of my runs are PUG's. If I get strong players then i would challenge myself to try to beat their score and if I get very weak players I just carry them. The only group that I cannot beat are the DPSer, but that because I do not put vulnerability locator/exploiter in my build as it makes the game too easy. Anyway it's fun to play with everyone except AFKer's as it makes the game different not boring.
P.s. The Battle of Korfez hardly anyone queues, would like to see more PUG's runs.
