game crashing

after reinstalling the game it sometimes crashes on map transfer's. :(
and now its taking 4-5 attepms to log in,,,,,,,,,
its now become unplayable due to map transfer freezing & crashing.......

    Same here since last night almost every time I move maps it stops responding and I have to reload the game. It hasn't been working properly for me though since season 13 went live, lag is a nightmare, the launcher does nothing it can take 10 plus attempts to get the launcher to work, when I try to change toons it won't let me select them its just been a nightmare. When its like this its almost unplayable but I persevere for the love of the game lol. Other days though its absolutely fine go figure

    well at the mo iv got it working :) dont no if this will help u or not, i uninstalled everything sto & arc again, downloaded arc then used steam to download sto, i had a short cut on steam, 55min quicker download time than arc, turned off on demand patching, set all my game graphic's to min or off & it works. !!!!!!!! game even loads faster than before,,,,,,so not sure if 1 of the above fixed it or all of them,,,,good luck, at least i can stop head butting the wall now,,,lol. + at the mo no lag.
