Extended Maintenance 5/16 and 5/23

Captains,

We will be performing extensive maintenance over the next couple of weeks across all platforms. In order to avoid bringing down the game for the majority of a day, we are splitting the maintenance between this week and next. Extended maintenance will occur during the following dates and times:

May 16: Xbox & PS4 will be down between 6am to 11am PT (When is this for me?)

May 18: PC will be down between 7am to 9am PT. (When is this for me?)

May 23: All platforms will be down between 6am to 2pm PT. (When is this for me?)

Any additional information or updates will be made to this thread when available. Thank you!

    I assume in the week of May 23rd, that maintenance will not be done again for PC on the 25th?

    what about crystal shards? I've mostly a limited time to play and will be unable to complete my daily shards..

    not like your gunnar replie to me or anything... I like trains

    That's assuming it is broken. This, however, will most likely be standard hardware maintenance and not bug fixes/patches.
    This program, though reasonably normal at times, seems to have a strong affinity to classes belonging to the Cat 2.0 program. Questerius 2.7 will break down on occasion, resulting in garbage and nonsense messages whenever it occurs. Usually a hard reboot or pulling the plug solves the problem when that happens.

    Season 13 wasn't announced for Consoles so not they're not getting it tomorrow.

    When are you guys going to fix the Trophy/Achievement on PS4/X1 that has been broken since Day 1 were talking like 8 months now and still no fix or replies to forum threads which is pretty poor to be fair the Trophy is:-

    Shadows of the Solanae
    Discover all the Solanae Dyson Sphere lore

    Are you guys looking into this if not why not?

    Are we ever going to get a reply about this?

    There is a set of patches on Tribble for the PC from May 12, they will need to apply them on Thursday as the updated Miranda skins are part of that. They will need that as the Light Crusier Ships/Bundle will be available for sale on Thursday.

    Lots of maint going on. You guys getting ready to also bring in the SE? I look forward to that every year. It's my favorite event by far.
    Now a LTS and loving it.
    Just because you spend money on this game, it does not entitle you to be a jerk if things don't go your way.
    I have come to the conclusion that I have a memory like Etch-A-Sketch. I shake my head and forget everything. :D

    First of all, it is very convenient for some people in Europe.

    May 23: All platforms will be down between 6am to 12pm PT.
    A maintenance (in European time / Belgium) from 15:00 CEST to 21:00 CEST wtf is that for. I hope that these will be big improvements, many will not be able to play that day.

    Since this sounds more like server maintenance than patching, I would guess we will get the physical maintenance on the 23rd then the patch maintenance on the 25th. It's like that when a Season launches, which are on Tuesdays so i can't see this being any different.

    We'll be lucky if it's only 6 hours. In the past there have been one or two times (at least) when they did some server work and the game was down closer to 12 hours than 6. I'll be planning on not playing on the 23rd, and if I can then it'll be a bonus.

    Aaaaand maintenance for the 16th is complete, about an hour and a half early. Enjoy the game, folks!

    I'll be leaving this thread open and stickied as a reminder of the upcoming two maintenances as well.

    there are missions i have had issues with in recent days, missing segments invisible enemies, etc. in the iconian missions. so yeah they got work to do cause the game has really destabilized in recent months and its time to put back the stability and the fun that use to be there.

    why is there another maintenance now?, we just got a maintenance yesterday yet according to the start screen there is another one today

    Unscheduled maintenance on PS4. Something happened that required it.

    I've updated the OP, but tomorrow's maintenance has been extended until 2pm PT. All games will be down during that time. Thanks for being patient.

    So the maintenance taking 8 hours (est) means EU won't be able to play at all tomorrow?

    This is 2pm - 10pm UK time....

    Last I heard a standard day was 24 hours long, not 8. Therefore I will be playing, in the EU (Well maybe not in the EU because Britain) but I will still be playing tomorrow. I don't know how 'your EU' wont be able to play AT ALL tomorrow. #yourdoomed #suckstobeyou

    2pm til 10pm uk time is kind of when a lot of EU folk would be playing so yes we do lose a day.

    I'd love to know the logic behind doing this and also putting on the MI event rather than delaying it so there's no overlap. Are player numbers dropping so fast that cryptic needs another bums on seats event to show numbers to the pwe overlords?

    Or why they don't take those 8 hour chunks and stagger the maintenance so the same part of the globe doesn't have to put up with the lost days.

    Ah, I won't be able to get on again today till 4pm my time. At least I was able to slap together a new JT before maint started. He'll be boarding his Miranda when the game comes back up.

    Yes, I play the tutorial every time. I just like it. And I want to see if anything's changed since the last time I did it.
