Authorisation Code

I've just reinstalled Windows on my PC and patched STO but when asking for the one time authorisation code i can't enter because i haven't received any emails. I've tried to log in a good 4 or 5 times and checked my email multiple times each login without success. This has been over about an hour. Is there any other way i can get the one time code emailed to me??? I've also checked my blocked senders lists etc. in my email.

Yeah same problem. I have to use my facebook account to login and am gonna write a ticket for it. I made a new pc and when come game time, no go. No emails, no pin, no access. Their loss.

Been getting the same problem after getting a new computer. Hoping they sort this out.

I got the same issue! - I got the email to login after the game times out. - sometimes even several hours after.

Tried contacting support via e mail but e mail keeps getting bounced back...i think the e mail address is wrong as it has a ; after the .com

I have to re-enter the pin every time I log into the forum. The computer wont save to the authorized list. Oddly, the PC I use to play never needed to be authorized.

just re-installed the game and having the same issue!!! Had an authentication code for logging onto the website - that was pretty much sent and received straight away to my inbox.
For the game though.. Nothing!!! Same for Neverwinter.. asking for an authentication code but nothing has been received!!

I just got a new computer and am having the same issue. I have received no verification email. Is there a way to force it? I really want to play!

I decided to finally give Star Trek Online a try, only to run into the issue described here. I hope to hear about some sort of solution soon - or that the mail will miraculously show up by the time I wake up tomorrow.

I'm also havign this issue was it ever resolved or did you just have to keep trying until it finally sent? Nevermind it seems that it's stilla super recent issue,a nd I hope it gents handled.

The main issue with this whole thing is by the time you get the code it's invalid for use.

I just got the code and it said One Time Code Failure. Is there a way to resend it?

I had received 5 emails by the time I woke up - luckily, the one I tried had the correct code. I think when you close the game and start it again you're meant to get a new verification email.

Sometimes there is a massive delay on the getting the activation code sent by mail.

The codes also expire after xx amount of time has passed.

This means if you try and log in numerous times, you'll get a bunch of codes way later and all the codes have expired.

To trigger a mail request faster, do the following..

Start the game once and just type in a random code.. '12345' or something. When you get the code failiure. Quit the game and wait for the mail. It might take up to 1-2... 3-4 hours.

Don't constantly log in etc, as it will slow down and just spam you with incorrect codes!

they need to fix this... i am also having problems with the delay in the code being sent. my code for ESO came within 2 mins... it shouldnt take this long.

I get those codes almost immediately but I run my own mail server. I would say you need to ask your mail provider about this. It might be a delay introduced by their anti spam system. If you know how to check and interpret the mail headers on those mails, you can verify yourself which node delays the mail (if any).
